How To Remove Stress Effortlessly
𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝? 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬

Have you ever felt like there's just too much going on in your life? Too much responsibility, overwhelm and exhaustion? Too many thoughts and worries?
For a long time, I found myself complaining about feeling "stressed out". It felt like a constant heavy weight on my shoulders.
For many women who work with me, stress manifests in various ways - exhaustion, lack of energy and interest, procrastination, and a general lackluster feeling.
They find themselves unable to be present with their family and unable to pursue their passions, feel stuck in their careers, unable to explore their deeper potential and struggle with anxiety, emotional outbursts and insomnia.
I had tried various traditional stress management methodologies. Yoga, massage therapy, acupuncture, gym, breathing techniques and so on.
But in reality, they felt more like coping mechanisms than true solutions. More like "band-aid fixes"
Don’t get me wrong, they do work, they are essential, but it felt like I was tied to them. If I would go a week without them, stress would just creep back in!
And keeping up with the gym appointments, yoga sessions, acupuncture visits added even more stress.
Until
There was a shift in my relationship to stress - a deeper perspective.
That

And when you start noticing it, moment by moment, and question yourself “Where am I resisting?”, you will realize that stress is nothing but resistance to the life that says “I don’t want it the way it is” or “I want it the way it is not”
#𝟐 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 (𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬)
Because the same external events and people can create completely different reactions in 2 individuals
I have met many leaders who have high levels of pressure at work/personal life, but experience low levels of stress and vice versa.
Below are 3 shifts to break the stress cycle:
#𝟏 𝐖𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐔𝐩 - Mindfulness in your day-to-day life will help you avoid ruminating in recursive thoughts that often occur during the "waking sleep" state(autopilot). Learn to be present and connected with the world in all aspects of your life.
#𝟐 𝐃𝐢𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 – Every time you resist, ask yourself honestly about what feeling are you resisting? Is it the fear of failure, being wrong, feeling worthless, unloved, lonely, what others say, not get what you want or lose what you have
#𝟑 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 - use it as a bio feedback that tells you where you are misaligned with life. You’ll naturally start to resist less, accept more, fear less & feel more from this place of awareness
And when you truly learn the art of letting go, then the magic of inspiration, passion, enthusiasm will automatically flow!
You don’t have to do much.
And one day, you will be surprised about your new relationship with your stress.
