THE BEAUTY IN BURNOUT

THE BEAUTY IN BURNOUT

There comes a time in our lives, yes, all of us, when we become exhausted, burned out, depressed, lost, empty, confused, scared …

Some get stuck in that spiraling downward cycle…

Some break open from that …

It is still a wonder to see how the seemingly paradox of deep vulnerability, surrender, tenderness can give rise to the greatest inner power, courage and resilience…

That leaps you into a completely new world…

And you realize that no amount of self-development and self-help could have replaced the grace that comes naturally from WITHIN…

And it is weird to find that the CLARITY was always within, all along, just buried deep and hiding…

But something nudges us inward, downward and forward, when we learn to “consciously” LET GO…

A letting go, that makes us thrive….

A letting go, that makes us effortlessly align with life…

A letting go, that pours wisdom beyond the concepts of positive or negative…

A letting go, that is radiant, beyond the feelings of good and bad…

A letting go, that finally makes you meet yourself and the world.. so directly… no filters, no stories, no beliefs, no separation…

And…

A mystery, that probably, a mind can never grasp…

But…

There is BEAUTY in this BURNOUT…

If we are willing to see beyond the usual…

The false self, needs to burn out.

Our inauthenticity needs to burnout.. Saying no when we mean yes and yes when we mean no.

Repressing down our despair to seem “up”, needs to burnout…

The medicating away our feelings, trying to numb ourselves, needs to burnout..

Suppressing our true longings, our heart’s desires, needs to burn out..

Pretending to know when we don’t, or pretending to not know when we really do, needs to burnout

Snubbing the wisdom and intuition and knowing in our guts, needs to burnout

Pretending to be spiritual, nice, kind, tolerant, strong, loving, wise, all-knowing, when really there is fear and boiling lava underneath, needs to burnout

It all has to BURNOUT… So we can finally WAKE UP and may TRULY LIVE!

Cheers to a new relationship with Burnout!
